It is an honor to have been elected by the members of Holland #1 to be their Worshipful Master for the 2022-2023 Masonic Year. We are fortunate and blessed to have an outstanding Officer Corps this year and I have high hopes and expectations for this year.

Members are from all walks of life; from different ethnic, cultural, religious, and political backgrounds. However, the Masonic bond simply makes those differences disappear and reinforces itself stronger and stronger over time.

The Lodge and the teachings of Freemasonry enable good men to develop individually, socially, and spiritually at the same time. Our work is noticed in the actions and behavior of our members, and in the contributions to our communities. We believe in the Brotherhood of Man under the Fatherhood of God and are to act by the Principles of Freemasonry.

Faith, Hope, and Charity are paramount in Masonry. This fall, we have a Clothes Drive to help raise money and clothing for the less fortunate and we will have a Food Drive in Spring to help replenish the Food Bank after the holiday season. Further, we will open our lodge to the public for many events, such as the Veteran’s Appreciation Night, First Responder’s Appreciation Event, Community Builder Award, and Open House Event. Please check our Events Calendar for more details.

If you are interested in becoming a Mason and/or a member of Holland #1, please come visit us at our Stated Meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. Check our Events Calendar for other opportunities to visit with our brethren.

For those that are already Masons, we will have a plethora of special events, including our Guest Speaker Series (with a different topic and speaker each month), Graded esoteric degrees throughout the year, a Special Past Master’s Event, and other meetings. We hope Masons from other Lodges and Districts will come visit us as our doors are always open and welcoming to brothers in good standing.

We hope to see you at Holland #1 in the near future. God Bless.

Respectfully,
Aaron Wayne Tyksinski, Ph.D.
Worshipful Master
